Chesterfield

Inspired by the True Victorian double-ended couch. The Chesterfield is a handsome and impressive piece of upholstery that may have taken its name from the Derbyshire Town or one of the Earls of Chesterfield. Many manufacturers claim to use the hand-tied technique in generic terms, but a closer look reveals that attaining a proper spring loading for a specific design is both a science and art that few have mastered. The timeless classic.
